Easy Contact Form is the perfect way to easily add contact forms to your site in a few clicks.

The user friendly interface in your admin page allows you to create custom forms with the fields you want, in the order you want and to choose which ones will be required to the users.

The following fields are available in the current version:

• Text
• Textarea
• Email
• URL
• Dropdown (to submit 1 choice)
• Radio buttons (to submit 1 choice)
• Checkboxes (to submit multiple choices)
• Submit buttons

Form validation is in fact provided as well as recaptcha validation to make sure that the form is not submitted by spam software. You can disable this feature.

To display the form simply paste the shortcode (provided in the settings page) into the page or post.
